All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (nationally) and we now have options to ship internationally. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. In the case of lost or undelivered items, Que Rico T-Shirt Co. will not be held responsible.
If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 15 days of order date for a full refund or exchange. If returned after 15 days from order date, we will issue an online store credit for the full purchase price.
